Beginning October 31st, Empire Warehouse will be offering cold storage (35° F) and another 7500 sq. ft. of temperature controlled space in our new expanded facility!

Empire operates four (4) food grade facilities in our region. The main facility in Denver is temperature controlled to 55 degrees year round. With 17 sealed T-dock doors, drivers are able to back up to the facility with their trailer doors closed and sealed to protect cargo from heat and cold. This 39,000 square foot high cube facility fully racked has the capacity to hold 3,000 pallets. Every pallet is given a unique slot location to insure proper stock rotation and easy product retrieval for distribution to final destination. Empire also offers customized inventory programs to meet your specific needs. Our facilities in Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, and El Paso offer the same type of quality service as our Denver location but on a smaller scale with a combined total of about 25,000 square feet of temperature controlled warehouse space. Repack services are available at all four (4) of our warehouse locations and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Some of the services we offer include: Make assortments Add/remove promotional material (rebates, coupons, etc.)

We have the land available to build up to an additional 40,000 square feet of high cube warehouse space at our present facility in Denver or in any location in our region that can be of benefit to you. Build to suit terms include: Long term, 10 year minimum lease commitment Fixed rent for the duration of the lease
